I feel like a heel to bring it up, but maybe people are doing 'suicide by cop' in order to become posthumously famous. I suspect the ICU nurse went with open gun carry so to cause his own death and make himself a martyr to social justice. Another secular equivalent to religious dogma. But in this case, people want to be famous civil rights heros. Far out.
I feel like a puke for bringing up a few things. The media keeps reminding that the victim was an ICU nurse. There are zillions of true crime shows about nurses who poisoned patients, killed husbands for insurance, stole all sorts of drugs for sale for all reasons, homicide and sex crimes among them. Family killer Grant Amato was a nurse before being fired for stealing drugs and then killing his mom, dad and brother, in cold blood. I mention this crap because Pretti is being painted as a saint. He had a gun in plain site. And was resisting arrest. Nurses are respected, skilled professionals, with the same criminality common to white collar and blue collar criminals. Speaking of, it's never legal to obstruct a police action. Someone could get the impression that because the man was a nurse he used proper judgment, and was mitigated, in bringing a gun, open carry, to a protest in which people were obstructing a police action. Please be aware that the social justice movement is a linguistic war, a war of semantics.
His judgment sucked assholes! Unless...
as I am conjecturing, he and Renee intended to die for the cause, and in turn, become, as a reward, a famous name in civil rights. This may be a stupid load of conjecture on my part, but it's my theory, and I needs me to communicate. Don't get angry. Get open to free thinking people.
