Hey-ooo.  That's my new greeting.  Hey-ooo.  Oh, shit.  It's already in use.  A rival youtuber opens his show saying 'hey-ooo.'  Now I have to fabricate a sub-human sound that prompts listeners to my unique wonderfulness, on my youtube show,  The Zane Zog  Show.   It's an open secret I use the name Zane Zog as a pen name for certain projects.  The dirtiest stuff.  Here's some shit in my real name, me:

As a life long low earning, low net worth male pip squeak, I need to go public with something that effected me and many others.   Gender disparities in the disposition of public and private business capital.   I contend there has been a sussed but pervasive thingy:  For decades women have received preferential treatment in the disposition of public revenue earmarked for small business development.  Men are aggressively discriminated against in the disposition of business capital.  So what?  Here's so what:

Myself included, a tall shitload of low net worth men, in seeking jobs, wind up subordinate to women business owners and the management there-of.  Men are insulted and made fools of.  Women are granted hiring preferences in corporations, public and private.  Men, subordinate to this,  are open to outright mistreatment plus any consequence to their careers as they become victims of incompetent leadership.   Male subordinates are blamed for the poor results female bosses force by poor decision making.  

After decades of affirmative action there is a human capital crisis at large that favors interest groups, to the detriment of others.  My point, society is rotting from the inside from the hatred affirmative action has manufactured.  I am speaking from first hand experience.   It is degrading and damaging to rank and file workers to be subordinate to incompetent and or despicable affirmative action hires.   Women can be as abusive and criminal as men.  

 I don't support Trump or any other politician, but I need to huck out, here, that this beef is a factor in the support base for Trump.  Dems need to change method.  I'm still pro-civil rights.   Too bad people are ass-wipes.   Thanks for reading.
